How does the subscription work?

When taking out the subscription, the first monthly payment is deducted from your account. You then receive by post a sample kit for the lab analysis. After taking the sample, you send the samples to our lab in the prepaid package. After a few days, your analysis and report are ready, and your personalised dietary supplement is created for you. You then receive a full package with several reports and your 3-month supply of personalised dietary supplements. Then, you start taking the NovoDailies every day. After one month, the second monthly payment is deducted, after which further monthly payments are made. You receive the next package by post before you have used all your NovoDailies.
